Got the Bank1 throttle actuator out over the weekend and snapped pictures to make a DIY. It's really not that bad of a job to be honest, but there are so many times it got really frustrating due to lack of space! If you know how to take your plenum out, you are about half way there.
The new part should get here today or tomorrow, then will spend the next couple of evenings putting the car back together. Then I'll do a full write-up.
Unfortunately, I did open up the throttle actuator and couldn't really see anything wrong with it physically. Some gears did have some wear, but nothing much at all.
