I wanted to give an update for informational purposes so others may benefit and to say thanks for the advice.
I sold my 2012 E93 yesterday to my local dealer. (I've purchased about 5 BMW's from them). I had $70,500 payoff on a lease that started in November. It had 1,675 miles on it. The car stickered for $82,500. Sold it for $72,000 USD. So all in all I am happy, more importantly my wife is happy!
