Well after much negotiating and decision making I was approved today by bmwfs for the lease assumption on an 08 M3 convertible..
Needless to say I couldn't be more excited!

I can't believe that i'll be driving an M3 convertible for under 600 a month!
The "down payment" is actual a finders fee the original lessee is taking as profit for transferring the fantastic lease rate/monthly payment.
I know that money won't be seen again IF I total the car but for me to be able assume that lease at the price it was worth it.
The only thing I wish it had were the 19's but I will be getting them for sure after selling the 18's. Will be taking delivery in a couple weeks after all paperwork is finalized.
