Whats sad about it marijuana is the 3rd most popular recreational drug behind alcohol and tobacco. It is the safest of the 3 with countless medical benefits both as a cure and a preventative medicine. States have every right to tax cannabis.

But if you chose to believe the lies our government wants you to believe instead of the truth thats your choice.

At one point of time citizens were allowed to pay their taxes in hemp, and it was actually required for citizens to grow hemp.
