seriously though, guy sounds like he was an asshole and on a powertrip, most of the time these kinds of cops look for any aggravation towards them and the slightest wrong move or sentence out of your mouth and your screwed
if i were you i would just pay it, and keep the exhaust on. If you have time to fight it and go to court, good luck.
I remember hearing a story about a guy who fought a ticket on his corvette, proved that the stock exhaust on a C6 Z06 was as loud as his C6 with a borla, made a whole video and everything and won
