Most of them are basically insurance, and it's FUD selling (fear, uncertainty, doubt). Like any insurance most people will spend more on premiums than events arising from what they are insuring had they not been insured.
Not bashing insurance here at all, but would no it go near any dealer offered insurance products, simply because there is a greater than 50% chance that it will be more expensive in the long run to do so, and you have little frame of reference to competing products which means they are probably high margin for the dealer and so the probability of you paying more than not buying them is likely much higher than 50%.
I know little about those bras so can't comment on quality or price, but they look like a good option.
