It will likely depend on your specific tires, how your fenderliner fits and the assembly tolerances of your car. A few of the RAC group buy guys 9" +22 w/Vredestein 255/35's have reported rear fenderliner rubbing at full lock. My car with that setup just barely clears on both sides in the rear and left front. The right front just touches. I can pretty much guarantee that 265/35 Vredesteins (if they had that size) would pretty seriously rub at full lock. So, if the tires you plan to use are the same actual size (or larger) as the Vred's you will likely have rubbing.
As the wheel and tire get pushed out further (decreasing offset value) the likelihood of rubbing at (or near) full lock goes up as the wheel and tire are traveling a larger distance fore and aft as they are turned. A tire that rubs at +22 might clear at +25.
