Not really. My current company isn't a sinking ship, just sucks to work for now. I'm bored out of my mind, and I just don't like our approach anymore. The amount of beauracracy around here is amazing. The new company appears to have none of that crap, or at least much less of it, based on their values.
Thanks for all the opinions. I'm leaning towards taking the plunge. Sometimes it helps to hear the advice of strangers.
