I'd consider stability. Sounds like your current company is a sinking ship (or at least your department). Having any job is better than no job.
A short commute makes ALL the difference. Aside from not being a morning person a long commute in and a long commute home can make for a rotten day. Friday afternoons were always esp bad for my last job since most people head to I5. On a three day weekend forget it.
