Why not sell the e46 M and use that money to lease a new M3 through European Delivery
The $ you get for the E46 should pay for about 3/4 of the lease payments. and in 3 years, you will be able to return the car for the New M
Don't sell the iS...too much of a depreciation hit in the first year
