The TPMS triggers around 30 to 31 psi. And no need to reset the system after airing up the tires; that's a separate system that was in place before TPMS was mandated, and it's based on rotational speed differences. TPMS is a lot more accurate. But if you get the warning, you need to reset the system. Now that's getting colder, you need to check your tire pressures more often than normal until temperataures won't go any lower.
