When I started a little over 2 years ago I fluctuated in weight between 130-135. Now I weigh between 155-160 (haven't stepped on a scale in a while).
My goal by this time next year is 175 which I should be able to accomplish within 6-8months. Besides having a more defined mid-section. Not the end of the summer yet, but I'm slowly starting to increase my caloric intake.
