Are you lowered? Have you tried adjusting camber a little? Even with the stock set up, camber can be adjusted slightly. That -.2 or -.3 might help to make the difference. It's weird that your tires are rubbing. I'm running 19x9 255/35/19 up front w/zero issues. Also, you did check to see that you didn't mount the rear tires in the front, correct?
