That sign has been up for years (probably since 2010 when I first started working with the Santa Monica client). It has some sort of attractive hispanic/white woman on the sign, and the boob job price is clearly advertised. It's one of the perks of being on the 405.
I'll check sometime next week and see if it's still up, but as recently as September I know her pretty rack was still up.
