Well, my 11 E92 M3 ZCP equipped w/DKG, i-drive, navi, leather, Hi-Fi (676) 80% filled tank weights 1580 kg~3476 lbs. I have BMW Performance seats which save 15 kg~33 lbs and Akra. Slip-on saves another 14 kg~31 lbs.
I used to have 07 997.1 Carrera S coupe 6MT and my M3 DKG is definately faster than my ex Carrera S, especially after 140 km/h. I had a roll with my friend's 997.1 Carrera S coupe tiptronik and I was faster than him significally.
BUT if you put the 997.2 Carrera S PDK into equation, it will be faster than E92 M3 DKG. 997.2 Carrera S 6MT may also be faster than E92 M3 DKG but it will be close.
However, GT3 is in another league. There is no contest here.
