You should always use hub ring adaptors if the inner bore of the wheel is larger than the BMW hub bore.

The wheels being 5x120 has nothing to do with the wheels being hubcentric. If the wheel inner bore is larger, then that means the wheels are being mounted lug-centric, and will be prone to vibration.

Use the proper sized hubring adaptors at all times if the wheels are already not hubcentric.
