Exactly my thoughts. I would always see the 03-04 cobras making a hell
Of a lot more power than most vettes and the Vette would still win it it would be dead even. And in term of modifications made they always seemed to minor compared to blower swaps on the cobras. Don't get me wrong, I love everything fast and I actually own a built motor 06 Saleen but even pushing my little Saleen blower to its max I can only run with my buddies bolt on Vette til about 125 then he catches me and pulls away in a hurry. I've read that the retro mustangs 05-09 I believe have terrible aero. It's like pushing a barn door through the air apparently but it seems like these two cars are fairly close. Just wonder what the next gen z06 will be like
