The 19s are definately a great choice as an all around wheel or track rim. It gives you a little more sidewall, as well as a little less weight. Most of the P40 wheels weve done on M3s recently have been 19s wih only a handfull of 20s.
The price range your finding is about right for this wheel from HRE.
