So while I wouldn't say "a lot of people have been losing power" -- I would say that it was once claimed in what was supposed to be a controlled test. A thread on the testing methodology was promised to allow people to scritinize the measurement testing methods, but as far as I remember, no such thread was ever created. So in my mind, this was a one-off situation and was never fully substantiated.

I have just heard it here as more than 5-7 guys that I have talked to personally. I just think there has to be something if so many people are saying such a thing. No one seems to be able to shed more light on it.
