Right, E90/91 facelift. M3 sedan should already come in E90 facelift style just like BMW did with the M5 Touring.
E92/93 facelift is said to be anytime in 2010 (probably spring), also M3 E92. But traditionally M3 E92 doesn't get a big facelift (On E46 M3 only rear lights have changed and a little detail on the boot lid).
