WOW...you've got to be kidding me...
These wheel sizes and offsets
were actually recommended to you by a vendor for the E92 M3? Seriously?
Those offsets are way off base for this car.
The stock wheel offsets look great by comparison...
You need to find competent salesman who actually knows what they are doing.
The only three options you have now are:
a) Buy a set of huge spacers (front and rear)
to correct these terrible offsets
or
b) Return the wheels for another size that has better offsets
or
c) Return the wheels and ask for a complete refund (this is what I would do)
