I'd buy a brz because the highway miles are reasonable and it is fun to toss around... Or, demodify the Honda.
I was in your situation when buying my 2012 335i and though my dealer had a black on black 2013 M3 new in stock, I felt the 335i had the best combination of exhilaration and daily drive I could justify for $700/month car payments. Especially since I drive 120 miles a day:-(
