The 335 is a great car and it can be faster than an E9X M, in a straightline, when tuned...
Of course, like has been noted ad nauseum, reliability and warranty issues are major concerns and the 335 will not hold up to repeated track abuse similar to anything close to what the M can endure...
The 135 is a much 'purer' car than the 335, and has much better driving characteristics...I can't wait for the day the 135 vs 335 threads start popping...for the 335 owners...
All one has to do is drive the 335 and M back to back, and they will see that the 335 will never be a M...
