It sounds just like the 'pebble stuck behind the heat shield' sound, which can also be described as the 'dragging tin cans under you' sound.

It stuck with me for almost a hundred miles, until one one day when it magically vanished. If you're concerned, take it to the dealer. But to me, that sounds very much like something (a pebble) is stuck in the heat shield.
