I think that I can get this off because it was only used once but that is pretty nasty wheel cleaner. Simple Green works best unless you only wash your car when you can no longer tell what color it is.

Sorry, I'm confused. Did the P21S cause this, or did you mean Sonax?
Also, normal Simple Green is not safe for all wheels either. They make a safer Simple Green (the name escapes me) but it's not sold everywhere and it is more expensive.
