Yes, I was confused because your number seems a lot off. Dealers (and anyone else) are certainly free to advertise whatever they want, but there is NO WAY they are going to actually find someone dumb enough (in any city in this country at least) to shell out anywhere near 55k for a lightly modded '09 with 38k miles.

Never underestimate the stupidity of some people, they are out there and get taken advantage of everyday.
