Welcome to the region and my former hometown.
I'm a big fan of Autobahn CC in Joliet.
And this will be a bit more of a haul down and around the lake, but I also recommend Gingerman in South Haven, MI. If all goes well, it's probably a 2 hour drive from Chicago.
