i've got a set of 20's i'll be listing for sale any day now... Nothing looks better than a 20" LM and I live in White Plains as well. They were fine on these roads as long as you're ok with a pretty firm ride.
19" step-lip makes the rim look that much smaller, especially with the LM's. Let me know if you have interest.
