Actually (I think this is true); all of the European Delivery vehicles must be sold/equipped with a First Aid kit. In the E93, it's under the passenger seat.
For the E90/92, on Euro Deliv, it's in the trunk/boot.
So, in the event of a rollover, if I'm still alive, I can easily reach the First Aid Kit. In an E90/92, a driver would need to cut through the rear seat to reach it.
