That's the M3 CS rim (M3 "Competition" in US). Same look as the CSL but weighs more. On the positive side, it also costs probably a third of the price of the CSL rim too. Plus, you can actually get your hands on them.

I am actually considering a set for my E46, but I want to know before I buy if the offset will be "correct" (or at least look right) on the E92 as well.
