depends on the service provided...
if the 150 guys does a wash, clay, AIO,
and
the 350 guy does a wash, clay, polish, polish, sealant
who do you think you should go to?
who has the better rep time after time?
you can put 20 hour in on one car, but typically only do 4 hour jobs...doesnt mean you are any good at the 20hr job! I typically do 10-15 hour jobs, therefore I am better at paint correction work rather than the "what should be 1.5 hour wash and wax and interior job (takes me longer because I do more - OCD)" Anyone can slap some wax on a car, thats simple. Knowing what polish and pad and machine with what speed combo is only developed with time and experience! Also, I would go with the guy who can tell you EXACTLY what you can expect from the job! If the 150 guy says a showroom finish, dont use him (unless he just likes working for cheap). it takes time and know-how to do things correctly the first time....
AND HAVE THE WHEEL REFINISHED, NOT TOUCHED UP. touch ups SUCK! I see it all the time and it always apparent, just like touch up work on paint.
