Not sure if there's a difference with E90 vs. E92, but on my E() with stock 19's and new Michelin Super Sports I was rubbing a little bit in the rear with 15/12 on F/R, without lowering. There's a plastic bit inside the wheel well where the rear bumper meets the rear quarter panel that needs to be cut and/or filed down (or you tires will do it for you). I lowered on the KW sleeve this week and obviously needed to file down a bit more.

Not major and didn't seem to harm the car or tire, but it definitely rubbed before and after lowering on stock 265 in rear.
