I too was screwed by them when I had my E36. And when I went to complain, it fell on deaf ears. When I did a chargeback, they threatened me, and had me banned off of bimmerforums. Seems the owner of the forums is cozy with Matt and Orly.
Anyone do a chargeback? I was fortunate to get my money back.
