A .2 GT3 is not $40k more than a 2012 GTR. The delta is $30k. New GT3s are hard to find as PAG stopped this production run. Either a used one cheaper or wait until late 2013.
To the OP I'd go GTR over the M. The 2012's are pretty sick.
