i think you would find the same at any top ranked school. i did a masters at an ivy, and it was also choc-a-block full of fobs, abcs, abcds, etc (i.e. higher percentage when compared to their portion of the overall population). it might be a function of immigrant parents--in highs school, definitely remember my parents pushing education pretty hard versus my white friends, whose parents even seemed ok w/ JCs, etc.
