So ridiculous. Granted it took me forever to do because I did little by little. Personally, I'd be pretty comfortable with using a big screw driver and just be careful. You can't even use the tool in the back 2 anyway. If you can't find a tool, just start prying little by little in each direction, and once it loses suction, it'll pop out.
