How do we know that the fabspeed will fail the sniffer? It may, I'm just unaware of anyone that has actually tried. In the fall I was able to go over 1k miles before I got a code, so that is plenty of time to pass all the readiness tests in the ECU - so the OBD-II will pass. So there is a *chance* that it would pass...maybe? : )
