Having friends won't help, even if they are the most senior guys at the DMV, because literally, the computer must sniff, then it sends out to the DMV the information and "walla" the stickers are printed (basic summary). Guess they could sniff someone else's pipes and say they were yours.......but not something I want to get involved with.
