Shouldnt cost more than a couple hundred bucks, especially if you pull the bumper off your self. I was in finance about to sign for the car when it showed up from transport with a front plate. I told the dealer the only way I will sign the lease is if they fix the bumper and shave the reflectors. I'm a very loyal customer and they didnt even think twice about helping me. As stated before I'm buddies with one of the body shop guys and he fixed the bumper and painted my tails too while the car was in there.
