Keep in mind it also depends on how much you lower the car on OEM dampers. If you have a ZCP car and you move on to a Eibach Pro kit it only lowers the car an additional .3", this will have very little to no ill effects on the ZCP dampers as they are already setup for a .4" reduction in ride height.

The general rule of thumb is don't lower the car more than 1" from OEM and you won't have issues with the OEM dampers.
