When I lived in Chicago (about 10 years ago) I bought my first BMW from them......treated like a king. Everytime I took it in for service, photos were taken of every inch of the car by the service desk.
I now live in the tri-state and even the service center in NY does the same thing. Is this not happening everywhere else? Hit or miss....I'm assuming.
