Chip was absolutely not there when I dropped the car. As stated, I went over the car twice, once while washing it last night (with my hands) and again at the dealer.

I'm aware of two paint chips on the entire car and they are smaller than the tip of a pencil. I can assure you, I would have noticed this.

For the purpose of the thread, assume the dealer did it.
