The only thing you can pin on Fritz is the Opel sale. He wanted to sell Opel. He didn't change his opinion until the GM Board practically forced him to. Not only with that, Fritz has had a few PR wars with Ed and Lutz. There was no way Fritz was going to last as CEO with that going on.
