i think a lot of people on this m3 forum are still within factory warranty or just barely out of it but judging by your signature you're in a 1-series which i think started production in 04 so i would assume you are probably out of warranty given that bmw covers oil changes/brake pads/rotors/etc under warranty during scheduled maintenance times unless tracking it caused excessively quick wear/tear...
unfortunately i am not on the west side im in the scottsdale/tempe area so i have access to goodspeed, vivid, dyno comp, and evoms. dont know how much that helps you since these are all in the valley area and east valley area
