That is "the" question. I honestly don't know. A vessel left port yesterday and so far the track and trace and not showing a record against my VIN. As of Monday, it will be 4 weeks that it has been idle at the port of exit. Frustrated, yes. Angry, almost there and it will depend on the response back from the dealer today.
