I like GNC Mega Men quite a bit, but it's expensive. I usually buy that or when I'm feeling a little cheaper I'll get One a Day for men. I can't say I feel a difference when I take them or when I don't that much, I always felt good when I took the GNC ones, but then again that could all be in your head too (and I was in better shape
)
