Being OCD I had to see where the leak was coming from so I reopened the fender well. I removed the electrical connector, outlet hose and drained the tank. Apparently I had the crack location wrong. After removing the previous attempted repair. I cleaned the area again and applied some liquid penetrant. The crack runs horizontal along the housing. This time I applied a marine/automotive grade RTV sealant. Hopefully this repair will last.
