my right shoulder is easy to dislocate again. As long as it remains located, my should is normal but it doesn't hv any range to move. since last month my shoulder was dislocated again while sleeping, I decided to fix it ASAP as it is quite urgent. But it takes couple months for physical therapy. ive just done surgery, pain in my ass
