Until someone runs one of your family off the road and, godforbid, they are hurt. Then you're one of the people pounding your fist on the table wondering why the police didn't save your sister/brother/mom/dad/niece/nephew/whatever from a trip to the hospital.
Why defend dangerous road drivers? Encourage them to go to a track, instead.
