They are not height adjustable using the sliders. They slide forward and back enough so girls can still access the rear seats.
I don't think any race shells are height adjustable as fixed back seats are meant to sit on place firmly without moving at all. That wouldn't be ideal for track use.
i think you answered my question already... basically i am not concerned bout moving the seat up and down everyday but i really want to make sure that i can get settled in when i install the seat into the car... so i guess there are different bolting points to adjust the height of the seats.
